Facility Management
Division
The Facility Management division is characterized by an integrated approach, through design, planning and delivery of support services to the main business of the company. Its objective is to increase a company’s competitiveness in the market, making the management and maintenance of buildings and of real estate assets more efficient and economical.

The task of the Facility Management division consists in the integrated management and coordination of several types of services and includes the planning of systems and procedures and implementation and re-engineering of delivery processes.
We offer the advantage of having a single point of contact, a single invoicing and a single quality control system, so to ensure - in addition to an efficient management of services - cost optimization and control, thoroughly researched management and operating strategies for more efficient delivery, streamlined processes and regulatory compliance.
