Facility Management Division Technical and Maintenance Services

We carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance of MV and LV electrical systems and switchboxes, anti-burglar systems, mechanical systems, lifts, water and sanitation systems, water treatment systems, data and sound transmission systems, photovoltaic systems.
Its management model provides for an appointed operations manager and ensures an active emergency service seven days a week guaranteeing 24hr assistance.

Skill’s maintenance team are particularly specialized in the running and maintenance of heating, cooling and air conditioning systems of private and public premises, residential and commercial buildings, ensuring the completion of all necessary regulatory procedures and authorizations.

Skill also ensures maintenance and regular checks of fire and smoke detection systems, active and passive safety systems, regulatory compliance of fire doors and escape routes, on-site inspections and setting out emergency plans as well as all the necessary paperwork for fire prevention certification.
