SAM
SAM, or Skill Asset Management, is a state-of-the-art tool to manage and schedule tasks, to communicate and trace information.
From a technical point of view, SAM is a CMMS / CAFM integrated system. From an operational point of view, it has been specially developed and designed in collaboration with the software company to meet the operative and communication needs during planning, implementation, control, and enhancement activities in compliance with ISO 9001 standard.
SAM is the privileged mode of interaction between all the key figures in the organization.
Built according to a tree structure divided into different levels, it allows you to manage different services in an organic way and to fully automate key processes:
a survey of the properties and of the areas, management of requests by issuing purchase orders, non-programmable activities ensuring the opportunity to verify in real time the status of the request, status reports of activities, compilation of statistics on the timing of intervention and related analysis of performance indicators for monitoring the quality of service.
The integration with the contact centre system and the use of a web-based platform guarantee immediate response times and service coverage 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
The use of applied technology carries obvious advantages: simplicity and traceability in communication, elimination of any inefficiencies in the management of requests, monitoring and management focused on results, greater transparency of the activities undertaken, precise control of timings and costs, confidentiality of communications and data protection.
